Employer Bridge Insurance Services employs producers, technicians and support personnel. We are a large independent regional insurance brokerage firm located in Burbank, California.

We have organized ourselves with a number of affilate companies that address a wide range of client needs. Employer Bridge Insurance Services has the capability and expertise to provide all lines of insurance and risk management techniques to meet the business needs of our clients. This expertise has been acquired by constantly striving to improve the quality of our service to you, the client.

As an example of this capability and expertise in action the renewal rate with our clients is greater than 95% annually. Few of our competitors can claim the same. Over the years, we have grown to become a full service insurance brokerage with the ability to constantly meet and exceed our client's expectations.

We take a risk management approach with our clients, in that, we do more than merely act as an insurance broker for our clients. We innovate coverages and seek to eliminate, reduce or transfer risks.  We work closely with our clients management personnel to establish loss control policies and procedures.  We make every effort to maximize the efficiency of our clients' insurance program and reduce their indirect claim costs.
